Manipulated cross between Callistemon 'Splendens' and Callistemon 'White Anzac'. Bred by H. Infield of Demesne Farm, Coomba Park , NSW in 1979.
Attractive bottlebrush with an open habit and deep red brushes fading to deep pink. Frost/drought hardy. Tolerant of most soils. Full sun to semi shade. Background shrub, hedges, rockeries, attracts birds. Easy care - prune back behind spent flowers to promote density and an increase in flowering.
