Pak Choi (Bok Choi) Chinese cabbage
Prefers a well-drained soil and a full sun position. Space 40cm apart. Pick outer leaves when harvesting. Can be used as a spinach substitute. Young leaves and stems can be sliced and added to salads while older leaves are excellent for stir fry.
