Occurs naturally in NSW at Spring Hill, west of the Beardy River, the Gulf Road Torrington/Torrington State Conservation Area and Warrabah National Park and in Qld near the border.
Small tree with dark-grey bark and golden yellow flower spikes. The slightly curved adult leaves are hairy and feel like velvet.
Frost/drought hardy, well-drained soils, full sun to part shade, understorey, windbreaks, specimen tree.
