Acacia howittii Sticky Wattle rare

Confined to eastern Vic. from the upper Macalister River area near Mt Howitt south to near Yarram and east to near Tabberabbera.
Fast growing, graceful shrub or tree with weeping branches, small resinous leaves and 1-2 pale lemon yellow ball flowers on short stalks along the stems. Frost/drought hardy, full sun to part shade, adaptable to most soils,understorey, specimen, courtyards, near ponds. Bees. Can be pruned into a more formal shape.
